802.11ac vs 802.11n
With the invent of new applications and products being launched in this new and ever demanding IT world, need to improved end-user experience has made it imperative for having better and improved wireless technology. One such entrant in the IT world is “802.1ac” standard which is now seen in each smartphone, laptop and even desktop computers. In fact, Wi-Fi Routers at workplace or office also come equipped with this faster and improved wireless standard. 802.11ac has taken over from its predecessor 802.11n in such a short span of time.
The need for a drive towards 802.11ac from 802.11n has significantly been due to heavy-load applications like gaming, streaming, downloading and that also with minimal time.802.11ac has clearly knocked off 802.11n standard on the basis of speed however distance supported by 802.11n is almost double that of its competitor.
