Cisco products GLC-T and GLC-TE are 1000BASE-T SFP transceivers and used in plenty in networking environment. Both the models have quite a similarity like supporting Auto negotiation , 10/100/100 auto negotiation speed , scalability upto length of 100 m which equals 328 ft in addition to Auto MDI/MDIX feature set.

Feature Specs  –

  • Hot swappable to maximize uptime and simplify serviceability
  • Flexibility of media and interface choice on a port-by-port basis, so you can “pay as you populate”
  • Robust design for enhanced reliability
  • Connector Type = RJ-45 connector (1000BASE-T)
